Gift given in the occasion of second marriage is taxable or exempt?pls answer with case law

it dosen't matter wheather it is 1st or 2nd, it is fully exempted.

Gift received by any person (without limit) on the occasion of the marriage is tax free in the hand of individual (recipient).
