Whether Tax is required to deduct on payment of Trademark? and payer and payee company are inter related company under same management? Definition of Royalty covers payment of Trade mark?

yes, definition of royalty covers trademark..... TDS should be made.

yes it cover under the royalty and tds deducted by the payer u/s 194J @ 10%
