11 June 2009 Please clearify that is TDS applicable on the following transaction..

Our Company has arranged for a Lucky Draw for the selected customers who have achieved the targeted turnover and in lucky draw prize is Car.The lucky draw is not open to all the customers, it is for selected customers only.
