Tax Deducted at Source

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
A user is concerned about not deducting Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on interest payments made to an NBFC over the past two and a half years. They are seeking advice on whether this omission could cause problems in the future. A relevant link suggests that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has ruled against disallowing interest paid to NBFCs when TDS wasn't deducted, provided the NBFC has accounted for the interest in its income.

As it is unknown, I did not deduct any tds on the interest paid to NBFC for the last two and half years. No body asked me regarding this from NBFC so far.
Will arise any problem to me in future?
thanks in adv
