15 October 2011 Thanx for ur reply but what in case i purchased goods interstate , enable to sold goods in my state , then transferred goods to my branch in the same state frm where i purchased the goods and sold there by paying that respective state vat . Can i then avail the credit as the revenue of cst and vat gose in the hand of same state gov...?
