I want start a tax consultancy services.

What will be requirement for the same?

Please let me know the various legal formalities to be done.

We are not the registered practioners ? Can we start a Tax consultancy business.

14 July 2015 Then, if you are a B.com graduate apply and get tax practitioners certificate from income tax department and commercial tax department and start your work.
For consultancy business you can do it. Qualification required for Auditing and certifications.
