18 June 2013 A Manufaturing company produce Pickle and chutney product and scrap of packing material sold. So whether TCS sholud be collected on scrap material or not?

18 June 2013 Since the company does not manufacture the packing material, in my view TCS will not be applicable on sale of scrap of packing material.
