I have made a Five years Fixed deposit in my wife ( Primary ) and myself as a secondory Holder.
My Wife is non working, shall i take benifit of this investment as a tax benifit.

Yes you can claim tax expmetion but you should have to submit the declaration (if asked by IT people) from your wife that she is not claiming that in her IT return.
