Tax benefit if any amount paid in United State of America

24 June 2011 Dear Sir,

I have to know how can a Indian company get benefit of the amount which is being paid in USA for taxes. Is this benefit available.

27 June 2011 There is a DTAT between the USA and India to avoid double taxation. If the particualr item of Income is covered under the treaty, you may be allowed tax concession, lower of the two, -
@ average rate tax payable by you or the tax actually deducted there.
