16 July 2015 I have proprietorship firm. My son is Chartered Accountant. Can i appoint my son as my Tax Auditor.

17 July 2015 But where it is written.

I mean the provision which restrict the CA to appoint as auditor is in Companies Act and i have have proprietorship firm of business and in any case Tax Auditor gives true & correct view in his auditors report.
