16 July 2015 I have proprietorship firm. My son is Chartered Accountant. Can i appoint my son as my Tax Auditor.

16 July 2015 no. you should not. and anyways, your son should know the answer to this question..shouldnt he?

17 July 2015 But where it is written.

I mean the provision which restrict the CA to appoint as auditor is in Companies Act and i have have proprietorship firm of business and in any case Tax Auditor gives true & correct view in his auditors report.
