APPLICABILITY OF SECTION 44AB OF THE IT ACT IN CASE WHERE THE TURNOVER IS RS.9500000 EXCLUDING VAT

You have to consider Gross turnover not net Turnover, i think your case your gross turnover will exceed One crore if you consider Taxes. than Tax audit applicable.
