IN CASE OF PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM, UNDER TAX AUDIT REPORT IN CASE OF BRANCH ALSO WHICH ADDRESS TO BE MENTIONED IN FORM 3CD, IN FORM 3CB AND ON BALANCE SHEET. PLZ REPLY ITS URGENT

In case of a Proprietor we have to merge the Branch Accounts with HO Account and a Consoilidated Tax Audit Report has to be given. We are required to mention the Address or place of Branches, if any in the Form No3CB.
When Branch Tax audit is being carried out and separate reporting is being made in respect to each branch, in Form No 3CB and Form No 3CD Address of Branch may be indicated in Para 2. In this case against "head office at--NIL and "NAME OF THE BRANCH" branches.
In the same way it can be mentioned in Form 3CD. In Part A, against Item no 1 -Name of the assessee : S& CO. , Surat Branch.... can be written and in Item No 2 Branch Address can be mentioned.
