For the purpose of tax audit u/s 44AB, Whether T/O should include VAT or not, please clarify the reason if included and if not included........?

see,if vat(gst) would be included, most of the assesses would be covered in this section as their T/O will be increased by so much amount of VAT(gst). This section demands a pure T/O so that it can be noticed that who is covered beyond the limit of turnover n he has to get his accounts audited.
