Mr. A & Mr. B are partners in a firm.

Now Mr. A signs 50 reports and Mr. B signs 30 reports. The total is less than 90.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT.

The limit is per partner. The limit of the partners CANNOT be clubbed. Under no case can a CA sign more than 45 tax audit reports.
