you have time till 31st october to file your income tax return and also to approve tax audit report, so just comply with this to avoid penalties

it is clarified by cbdt by order u/s 119 that if you can file return before 31st october it is deemeed that you have filed your return as per 139(1) so hurry up
.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PENALTIES UNDER 271B OR OTHER IF YOU CAN FILE IT BEFORE 31.10.2013
