18 December 2009 Whether Tax Audit report need to prepare in case of newly established domestic company as on 30/06/08 whose business activity is nil during the period ended 31/03/09.
Can anyone send proforma of final accounts along with secdules as per secduled VI applicable to manufacturing company alongwith Director's, Auditor's Report.

18 December 2009 Tax Audit Report is applicable only where Turnover is Rs.40 Lacs. Since turnover is NIL hence it is not applicable.

You can refer any published balance sheet of a listed company. Ask any shareholder. He might be having many such balance sheets.
