Notes for Maintainence of Books of Accounts in SAP Accounting package in 3CD of Tax Audit Report

18 September 2010 9(a). Yes/No. Choose whichever is applicable on the basis of your business/profession.
9(b). Accounts are maintained in SAP. Books generated are.....
9(c) Repeat the name of books generated at least.

18 September 2010 in continuous of earlier query, in SAP system, Bank book is not generated only Bank GL account is generated. So Can i write in notes of Tax audit report as Bank Book, Purchase register, Sales register, Journal Voucher and General Ledger.

18 September 2010 No need to mention in" Notes on Accounts/AUDIT REPORT".
Give the details only in clause 9(b) and 9(c) of form 3CD.

18 September 2010 Ok,

Now suggest me whcih books shall require to be given in clause 9(b) and Clause 9(c) of 3CD report. because bank book, Purchase register & Sales Register is not maintained in SAP only GL Account of Bank book, Purchase Account & Sales Account are availble in SAP.
