Whether Tax audit report can be issued in case where statutory audit is not conducted and statutory audit report is not issued because of non accptance of accounts by BOD. If yes then tax audit report should be in Form 3CA or 3CB. Please reply ASAP.

You can do tax audit, and report the same under 3cb and 3cd.
