If a commission agent of vegetable sells vegetable on behalf of pricipal supplier ( purely on commission basis), what is the exemption limit applicable for tax audit in this case? is it on commission earned or turnover?

This is business, tax audit limit is Rs. 1 crore for ay-13-14
