Whether CA in Practice can do audit of firm in which his Mothers brother (Mama) has ownership.

Yes he can do the audit. The definition of relative has been amended to mean related person defined in AS 18.
Maternal uncle is NOT a related person as per AS 18 and accordingly a CA can audit the books of accounts of his maternal uncle.
