Is it mandatory to file form 3CA, 3CB and 3CD for Tax Audit of a proprietorship co. having turnover more than 25lacs

Yes, you need to get your books audited if gross receipts exceeds threshold of 25 lakhs and 3CB,3CD required to be submited
