I am into business of contractor and have formed pvt ltd for the same.
my sale in fy 15-16 is 40 lacs and my actual profit is 1.5 lac.. do i need to get books audited.
i have another pvt ltd which works for marketing and promotion of goods. its turnover is 26 lac and profit is 50000. do i need to get books audited.
