What is the limit for Tax Audit of commission agent if he receives 35 lacs as commission????
25 Lacs as receipts??
or 1 crore as sales????

other than profession-1.00 cr

Commission will fall under Professional Receipt and hence limit will be Rs 25 Lacs.
