Dear Sir! I need your urgent guidance pertain to service tax. My client had gross receipt below 10 Lakh in FY 2014-15 but in 2015-16 gross receipt exceed 10 Lakh. Pls let me know is he liable to colllect ST in 2015-16

Yes only for sales exceeding 10 lacs. In case of 12 lacs turnover service tax payable on 2 lacs only.
