Tax Audit Applicable or Not if other income is more than the limit

26 September 2023 Govt company has received a grant of Rs.90 Crores which is shown as OTHER INCOME in books. Sales/Turnover is NIL for the company.

Is tax audit applicable?

I am using winman sofware. It does not shows error for tax audit applicablity if other income is more than 10 Crores.
