Whether turnover/gross recpt limit for Insurance Agent/Sahara Commission Agents for the purpose of tax audit is considered as 60 Lac or 15 Lac.Please provide case law if available.

Rs.60 lacs is to be considered as a limit for tax audit applicability because commission has not been earned by way of technical or professional expectancy
