Tax audit applicability

Assesee is a trader in soaps and baby products. My turnover is only 40 lakhs. Assesee maintained proper books of accounts. But in this business margin is around 3 percent only.
As the netprofit is below 8%, whether tax audit is applicable. Warning message appears when i try to efile. Warning message in winman says taxa udit may be applicable. Please help
