02 August 2011 I seek clarification in the following two instances.

1.In the case of an individual who is a partner of a firm subject to tax audit, obligated to file his return of income digitally signed.

2. Is tax audit applicable In the case of an individual- a partner, whose only source of income being remuneration and share of profit from a firm ( which is exempt) is in excess of the limits prescribed under section44AB
