13 July 2010 My client is doing 3 proprietorship businesses with different trade names. I would like to know whether there will be requirement of separate tax audit report for each business or a single tax audit report in the name of proprietor

14 July 2010 I agree with Mr. Mohinder. Accounts can be prepared for all proprietorship firms separately, but audit report has to be one.
