05 December 2009 a ca can accept 45 tax audits but can anyone clarify whether bank branch audit is also covered under tax audit? i mean while calculating the specified ceiling of 45 tax audits whether bank branch audit should be taken into account?

05 December 2009 I think bank branch audit is not included for the purpose of celieng limit of Tax audit. if i am wrong, please correct me.
