01 October 2015 Can there be a penalty if only audit report is uploaded by CA and not yet approved by the assesse and ITR also not filed.

FYI the due date of return and filing of audit report extended to 30th Oct,2015 from 30th Sep,2015, so ask your client to approve the same.
