I am doctor by profession providing service to hospital & get the receipt under sec 194J. In F.y 2011-12 my gross receipt is Rs.16 Lacs. so I am under tax audit. But in F.Y 2012-13 my gross receipt is Rs.18 Lacs. Then whether i have to tax audit or not. As last year i was in tax audit. Pls guide

undr section 44AB for F Y 2012-13 limit is 25 lacs las t year it was 15 lacs

Now(Form f.y.2012-13 onwards) tax audit not applicable if gross receipts is less than 25 lakhs
