14 July 2015 A client is providing IT software on behalf of persons and making payment to some renowned websites.In this process he is earning 10%. His gross collection is 62 lakh and net 10% is 6.25 lakh. IN this case Tax audit is applicable under 44AB(b) or not just guide me..

15 July 2015 what sort IT service is he providing? As such he should be covered as professional and hence audit should apply anyways as turnover is in excess of Rs 25 lakhs
