My father is contractor (Plumbing works). TDS deducted on the payment received from the party. I want to file his return for the A.Y. 2012-13. Whether section 44AD is applicable to him? Please explain.

To claim refund of TDS Return of total income has to be filed, depending upon his revenue and expenses / expediture to earn such revenue
