30 January 2011 But in my office i am trying to submit the ITR 5 online for this but this form is not accepted.Further I want to inform that the PAN of this CGHS is under Companies Category, means the 4th letter of PAN is C.

Please try to solve this matter

30 January 2011 The name of the society is Welcomegroup Co-op. Group Housing Society Ltd. Our CA said that the society is Ltd. thats why this PAN is alloted.

30 January 2011 No, it is not correct. I have faced such problem. Only solution to get correct PAN by correspondence with NSDL and department
