1) my father is teacher in goverment school in march his school fills 12 c form and deducts tds from salary by tressory itselfBut tds not showing in pan card what to do and how can i file itr ?

Treasury would have not filed TDS Return, Unless Treasury file TDS Returns whatever TDS deducted will remain TAN Account, Same to be Transferred to PAN Filing e-TDS Return , once it filed it will reflect in 26AS within 10 day from filing return.

Ask treasurer to file TDS return. Also ask for TDS certificate.
