In private ltd director purchase his own credit card purchase laptop is it capitatlised in company books

Yes u can show it as Fixed Assets, but u must have to show reimbursement to the directors for the payment of Fixed Assets. Otherwise it will b treated as his(director's) personal expense & will not b recorded in company books..
