17 July 2013 Dear Sir/Mam,

I am new TAN holder. Whenever i go to register my TAN in TRACES, the message is coming INVALID TAN.

Please advise how i can register

17 July 2013 Shrishail, You cannot Regist your TAN in TRACES until you file a ETDS return and its acceptance in TRACES. So first file ETDS return and wait for 15 days after that you can try to rigist your TAN. If your ETDS reached TRACES site, it will ask details about your last accepted ETDS return data for Registration.
