in Income tax dept. in which particular dept. TAN application should be submitted

TAN Applications are submitted through TIN NSDL Facilation Center which in turn check and process the application and pass it for further processing to Income Tax dept.
therefore you are required to submit to your nearest NSDL TIN facilation center
