We are neither being able to log-in to TRACES using user id and password as in TIN, nor are we able to register as a ‘New User’ on TRACES, as suggested in FAQ and Demo registration on their website.
While registering as new user the verification details provided as per the provisional receipt are not being accepted for registration – quoting it as ‘Invalid details’
Further there is no redressal of this grievance when written to 'contactus@tdscpc.gov.in'
Please suggest remedial course of action.

I also suffering with the same problem of TAN Registration in TRACES for about 10 days. But no remedy. There is no Contact Telephone number for TRACES. If any one knows please give us. If any one successfully registered TAN in TRACES may share their experience.

Dear Experts/Friends. TRACES website has enabled the TAN Registration under Deductor new LOGIN. Now I have successfully Registered a TAN as Deductor. So you may also try and Register your TAN.
