Dear Sir, Please kindly guide how to apply for a New TAN Registration for a Private Limited Company, what are the documents to be submitted, for the same. Whether we have to proceed through On Line or Off Line. With thanks.

TAN number can be applied online with using form 49B in the www.tin.nsdl.com.
need to fill the form and submit online and take printout of the form and sign and send with the Memorandum & Articles of Association and PAN card and Address proof to NSDL address
