A High school become a Higher secondary School during the year. Weather TAN number will have to change ?
The school is deducting TDS ON Teacher's salary & mention TAN number in TDS return.
Because of the change of the name , we have to get a fresh TAN number or not ?
Kindly advise.

No, the Same TAN & PAN no shall remain in force, only you have to intimate the department about the change in the name.
