The Firm had applied TAN in A. Y. 2006 -2007 as there was audit u/s. 44AB now there no audit as no turnover upto audit limit whether TAN no. can be cancelled

There is no procedure to surrender the only PAN or TAN alloted the assessee. Infact, as per the new TDS rules, u have to file nil return also.
