Sir,
My TAN login id is deactivated and I had recd a demand letter from the department,
Please tell me the procedure to reactivate my TAN login id.
Please advice, how to reply the notice as i am not able to download the default files also while discussion with the Assessing Officer, he is also helpless as their system can only show the defaults, but they have no right to download it with their password, according to them this is sole right of the assessee itself even the ITO can not download the default file for the assessee.
