22 May 2016 what is limit for tan applicability in case of firm and in case of company. if i not apply for tan and i am to deduct tds can i avoide tds deduction of party?

22 May 2016 No you can't avoid tds deduction if you are liable to deduct tds then you must have to deduct tds and deposit in govt. account and file tds return.

22 May 2016 An Individuals or an H.U.F. is not liable to deduct TDS on such payment except where the individual or H.U.F. is carrying on a business/profession where accounts are required to be audited u/s 44AB, in the immediately preceding financial year.

25 May 2016 tds deduction applicable on the firm and company from date of registration. on individual and HUF if there a/c will lianle to audit u/s 44AB then apply for TAN. if you not deducted tds the expenses will disallowed. and increace you income tax liability.
