24 December 2015 When applying for TAN application, an employee of the company paid for the TAN application charges instead of the director. Will it be a problem ? If yes, What is the way forward?

24 December 2015 Tan Application Who ever paid it will not have any problem , But Application Should be name of the company.

24 December 2015 Authorized person whose credit card / debit card / net banking can be used for making the payment. You can show as you have reimbursed cash. Payment is not a Issue . We are the consultant we will pay on behalf of client .
