KINDLY PROVIDE ME DETAILS TO GENERATE INFORMATION IN TALLY 9.0 FOR CASH BALANCE (CUMULATIVE)AFTER EACH ACCOUNTING ENTRY IS MADE.

I WANT TO TAKE PRINTOUR OF MY CASH BOOK FOR 5 YEARS 01-04-2007 TO 31-03-2012
HOWEVER I NEED THAT THE PRINTOUT SHOWS BALANCE OF CASH IN HAND AFTER EVERY TRANSACTION ENTERED IN CASH BOOK FOR THE SAME PERIOD.

You can get that option when you give the command for printing. But i think, at the maximum, you can give the balancing daily and not for each transaction. Still surf that menu. After giving the print command, press no and surf the menu.

Sorry brother, as per my knowledge, it is not possible with tally.

I have found that. You can get the desired report. After giving the print command, press no and in the menu, write the option yes for "Show running balance". Then you'll get the balance after each transaction.

But I have one jugad technology, export the cash book in excel format, insert a new column for cash balance, give formula in first row and drag it.

You can generate cash book in tally with balance after each transaction... just go to Ledger Report and set configration for balance after each entry as "Yes".

Yes. This facility is available in Tally ERP 9.0 I dont know about earlier versions.
