tally entry for electricity connection

What would be the entry in Tally if Their is some amount deposited for electricity connection with the electricity board and with VSNL for internet connection.

U must post that amount to security deposit under current assets. Create ledgers under Security Deposit in the name of Sec. deposit to.... (Elec. Board name) and .........(VSNL).
