10 September 2010 what is the main difference b/w Tally 7.2 & Tally.ERP9????

10 September 2010 Tally 7.2 is a normal accounting software and Tally ERP 9 is like other ERP packages, in this can be handle other than Accounts deprtment, Material department,HR department, Sale department and the data can be linked, more than this lot of features are available camparing Tally 7.2

11 September 2010 You can access data through net and enhanced audit features are incorporated. It will help the auditors do online auditing ( from own office and without visiting the clients ) of their clients' accounts using Tally 9ERP.

You can generate almost all statutory forms directly from tally 9 erp. Forms for TDS, TCS, VAT, CST, FBT ( still in th software)

You can generate pay slips.

Visit F11 and F12 to know the additional features you can get as each Yes / No will tell you what you want Tally to do for you and what not.

11 September 2010 The Main difference is Tally ERP Concentrated more on statutory reports ....where as 7.2 not much features
