06 June 2014 how to do settings in tally by which in other computer other person can only see data but can not alter the data?

plese mention the steps in which option i should go for this

06 June 2014 ya you can do that.... by going in administration portion u can lock this...

As we are doing this in our company only head can alter,delete no one can else.. rest can only view
